Why join TAMS Pacific?

Everything you need to sell online — built for local business, priced for local business.

How it works

Three steps from application to open for business.

1

Apply

Fill out the vendor registration form and upload your documents.

2

Review

We verify your business and documents. New applications start as Pending Compliance.

3

Get Certified

Once you're approved as TAMS Certified, your shop goes live and you're open for business.

What you'll need to apply

Every vendor is reviewed before going live. Have these ready:

Business License — current and valid
Business Owner ID — government-issued
Insurance — proof of current coverage
Health Inspection Certificate — required for food, grocery, salon, spa, and barbershop businesses

Not every business needs all four — requirements depend on your business type.

How money works

Straightforward, transparent, and built in your favor.

You set your prices for products, services, and rentals. You keep what you earn — TAMS Pacific charges vendors no commission. We collect customer payments on your behalf and pay out your share on a regular weekly schedule, minus only standard card processing fees.

In the spirit of transparency: customers pay a small $5 convenience fee at checkout for the ease of ordering ahead and picking up on their schedule. This is paid by the customer, not deducted from you.

You can see orders, earnings, and fees anytime in your vendor dashboard, so you always know exactly what you're making.

Questions, answered

The things vendors ask us most.

Does it really cost nothing to join?
Yes. No membership fees, no listing fees, no commissions. The only cost is standard card processing on sales you actually make.
When do I get paid?
Orders completed Sunday through Saturday are paid out the following Thursday, straight to you.
What is the $5 fee I see at checkout?
That's a small convenience fee paid by the customer for ordering ahead and picking up on their schedule. It's never deducted from your earnings.
Who gets the free booking calendar?
TAMS Certified salons, barbers, photographers, and event & car rentals get a free online booking calendar so customers can reserve appointments and rentals online.
What does the Certified badge mean?
It means your business has been verified and compliance-checked. It tells customers you're a trusted, legitimate local business — and it sets you apart.
Can I sell to customers off island?
Yes. TAMS Pacific reaches the diaspora in the U.S., New Zealand, and Australia, so family and customers overseas can order from your shop.
